Energy monitoring across a postal network: from pilot to a scaling decision
A network of branches across the country, each with its own equipment, working hours and electricity bill. As long as readings are collected by hand, overconsumption is visible after the fact and a breakdown is visible once it has happened.
Prengi, a winner of the third Climate Innovation Vouchers wave, builds a property management platform: it collects equipment data, brings it into one interface and flags deviations, so the equipment effectively reports its own maintenance needs.
What we did: Prengi received the CIV grant, wave 3; Greencubator introduced the company to Ukrposhta and ran the first meeting; the pilot went live on a group of branches with measurements before and after; Ukrposhta is now extending the monitoring to new branches, which is an open challenge in our catalogue.
What this case does not contain: Ukrposhta has not published network savings figures, and we do not invent them. What is verified here is different, that the matching worked, that the pilot ran on real sites, and that the company now decides on scale using its own data.

From a CIV grant to a platform backed by ABB and Siemens
Go To-U built an operating system for EV charging networks: access, tariffs, metering, payments. For a site owner that turns a parking lot into revenue and into an argument in the conversation with tenants. The company grew from a CIV grant to an investment round with ABB and Siemens, and connects other operators through roaming: in July 2026 it announced access to more than 180,000 stations across North America.
Recuperators with copper heat exchangers, made in Ukraine
Prana builds decentralised recuperators with copper heat exchangers: the unit returns the heat of outgoing air back into the room, so the boiler burns less gas to hold the same indoor temperature. The company scaled from a CIV grant to serial production in Ukraine and exports.
Interior panels made from recycled polymers
The Good Plastic Company turns polymer waste into large-format panels for interiors and furniture: waste you pay to remove becomes a material somebody buys. The company says its panels have been used in Nike and Adidas retail interiors; we have not verified that with the brands.
Autopilots for precision farming, the same technology for demining
E Farm Pro builds GPS navigation and autopilots that hold a machine on track within a few centimetres: fewer overlaps, fewer passes, less fuel and fertiliser per hectare. The company is adapting the same guidance stack for field demining.
Iron-based flow batteries, no critical raw materials
R.FLO is developing iron-based flow batteries: no critical raw materials, with a design storage duration of up to 20 hours. For a site that means a night reserve rather than a few peak hours. The company is at development stage, this is not yet a serial product.
